Up-to-date Grid-systems are directed to the integration of the high-perfomance computing resources for solution a big number of tasks with extremly high demands on such resources. Also, the concept of Grid-computing seems to be usefull in the solution of a wide class of tasks which are characterized by possibility of decomposition on rather major typical subtasks. Such class covers wide range of mathematical, physical, chemical, biological problems. So, a collection of special services is required for solution these typical problems, that are connected to each other accordantly the solution scheme of initial task. The forthcoming of the opportunities of solution compound tasks by decomposition the distributed problem-oriented services is able to lead distributed computational enviroment to a new level.
Moreover, the scientific cooperation model based on united territory-diversified research work gains ground. In such distributed scientific projects the actual problem arises. More often than not it is concerned with the computational libraries, applications, models, databases and archives. This problem can be also solved by transformation this groundworks in remote accessibble problem-oriented services. Another cases, where appearence of such services is needed, can include publications and exchange of scientific activity results, adoption and commercialization of the obtained results ans creation of educational resources.
The suggested approach consists in construction of the distributed computational enviroments, that provide an access to problem-oriented services and establish multipurpose infrastructure for the scientific cooperation. This infrastructure is based on service-oriented approach: users convert their applications in the remote available services, that can be detected and used by other users for solution tasks of interest.
